• Ensure a reputed company partnership with HRBPs to facilitate connections and introductions with reputed company employees requiring elevated or specialized assistance from HR
• Serve as Knowledge reputed company Article contributor by assisting with the creation, updating, and retirement of HR COE reputed company content
• Recommend reputed company system enhancements to improve the way work is done in PeopleOperations and across HR
• Review, manage, and respond to employee inquiries and cases reputed company defined SLAs, ensuring successful resolution and use of available knowledge reputed company articles

Qualifications:

• Requires broad theoretical job knowledge. Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior reputed company experience or Graduate Degree with 0-2 years of prior reputed company experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior reputed company experience
• Two + years of HR or administrative experience with a focus or passion for data reputed company, HR transactions, and employee/customer experience

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience in and working knowledge of HRIS/HCM system, PeopleSoft is a plus
• Experience in and working knowledge of a case management system, reputed company is a plus
• Experience with Office365, collaboration, and communication tools (Teams, PowerPoint, reputed company, Visio etc.)
• Strong communicator that can synthesize multiple sources of information to create clear, succinct responses
• Proven ability in navigating and handling sensitive/confidential HR/employee interactions

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary reputed company for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $61,500 - $114,500. The salary reputed company for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, reputed company state, and Vermont is $54,000 - $100,000.
