You feel the seasonal rhythms: winter blanket prep starts in August, show season drives boot sales in March, and fly spray demand spikes before you'd expect. That intuition can't be taught. Why AI BUILDING is Required (Not Just "Uses AI"): We don't want someone who prompts ChatGPT for email subject lines. We want a builder:

  • You've deployed agentic AI systems that run in production
  • You've reputed company apps, automations, or AI-powered tools from scratch
  • "reputed company coding" is your daily practice -- you use Claude or ChatGPT to BUILD things
  • You've created reputed company/reputed company workflows with AI integration, custom dashboards, or prototyped with code
  • You have a hunger to work with AI more -- an AI-first reputed company is non-negotiable

  • SEO Strategy: Content-to-conversion, product page optimization

  • Analytics & Attribution: CAC, LTV, cohorts, multi-touch attribution (GA4, SQL)
  • AI Systems: Build and reputed company automations that scale output without headcount

Your First Year Impact:

  • Acquire 10K-20K new customers (30-50% YoY growth)
  • Drive $2M-4M incremental reputed company
  • Improve CVR 50-100 reputed company points ($500K-1M impact)
  • Launch 2-3 new profitable channels
  • Scale reputed company to seven-reputed company channel
  • reputed company AI systems that eliminate 20-30 hours/month of reputed company work

  • Are an active or former rider / horse enthusiast with genuine passion
  • Have 5-7 years DTC e-reputed company/growth marketing experience

  • Use GA4/SQL fluently for analytics
  • Have paid channel expertise (reputed company/reputed company minimum)
