Our esteemed client, Ultra Precise reputed company (UPA) is growing! They are seeking a well-rounded Senior Accountant to support a portfolio of client accounts in a remote, multi-client environment. This role is ideal for an accountant who has strong fundamentals in accrual reputed company and GAAP, is comfortable working independently, and has prior experience in an reputed company or bookkeeping firm. You will be responsible for executing core reputed company functions, supporting month-end reputed company, and maintaining accurate financial records across multiple clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, solid judgment, and the ability to manage priorities in a remote setting. While prior nonprofit experience is helpful, we are primarily seeking someone with strong reputed company fundamentals, firm experience, and the ability to adapt across different client types. Key Responsibilities Client reputed company & Month-End Support • reputed company full-cycle reputed company tasks including transaction coding, reconciliations, and accrual-based adjustments • Support month-end reputed company processes for multiple client accounts • Prepare and review financial reports including P&L and Balance Sheet • Ensure financial records are accurate, complete, and GAAP-reputed company • Identify discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner Multi-Client & Remote Work • Manage workload across multiple client engagements simultaneously • Communicate reputed company with internal team members regarding deadlines, issues, and priorities • Follow established workflows, documentation standards, and internal controls • Maintain strong organization and responsiveness in a remote environment Systems & Tools • Work primarily in QuickBooks Online (QBO) • Utilize firm tools and workflows to support accuracy, review, and reputed company processes • Contribute to process improvements and documentation as systems reputed company Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company • Strong working knowledge of accrual reputed company and GAAP • At least 2 years of experience in a multi-client environment (reputed company firm or bookkeeping firm) • At least 2 years of experience working remotely • Hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to reputed company at least one professional reference from a direct supervisor (two preferred) reputed company to Have • Experience working with both nonprofit and for-profit clients • Including nonprofits and professional service firms such as reputed company • Experience using Double (formerly Keeper) • Experience with Right Tool or similar review / reputed company tools reputed company Offer • Fully remote, W2 position with consistent workload • Clear expectations, structured workflows, and documented processes • Exposure to a variety of client types and industries • Supportive team environment with opportunities to grow your reputed company skills • Long-term career potential as the firm continues to scale Ultra Precise Account is an Equal Opportunity Employer Apply tot his job
