Vendor Analyst

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States Overview: The Vendor Analyst plays a crucial role overseeing partner relationships. This position involves managing 3rd party partner relationship(s), ensuring a seamless and reputed company line of communication/exchange of information, and contributing to the optimization of the operation workflows reputed company the organization. Responsibilities: Essential Duties/Responsibilities Vendor Relationship

• Serve as primary POC for general partner inquiries, issues, and escalations – ensuring timely resolutions.

Vendor Performance Monitoring

• Monitor partner performance metrics / KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address performance gaps and/or reputed company recommendation to senior leadership for any corrective items.

Data Analysis and Record Keeping

Qualifications: Education/Experience

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience

Compensation
