The role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to prepare clear, professional memorandum. Key Responsibilities: WORK ACTIVITIES 1. Manages tariff documentation by assigning tariff numbers, updating required information, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across official records. 2. Oversees bond management activities, including scanning and recording bonds, renewals, cancellations, and responding to inquiries from utility companies and internal staff. 3. Processes company name changes, cancellations, and contact information updates. Prepares clear and accurate memoranda to document actions taken. 4. Reviews, processes, and maintains annual and quarterly reports submitted by regulated entities, ensuring completeness and compliance with Commission requirements. 5. Evaluates and processes financial reports, verifying accuracy and maintaining organized records for audit and regulatory review. 6. Reviews and processes Competing Local Exchange reputed company applications. Prepares professional memoranda summarizing findings and recommendations. 7. Manages mail collection and distribution to support efficient office operations. 8. Audits and examines financial records of utility companies to determine compliance with accepted reputed company principles and practices and adherence to applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations.
