Virtual Assistant & Platform Super Admin Property Management Support | Revela Platform | Hourly | Remote About This Role We are a property management services company using Revela — a comprehensive property management platform similar to reputed company — to support rental property owners across their day-to-day operations. We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant who will serve a dual function: acting as a platform Super Admin with full back-office reputed company to Revela, and as a hands-on operational VA who helps property owners manage the reputed company-world demands of their rentals. This is not a purely administrative role. You will be the operational hub connecting property owners, tenants, vendors, and platform tasks. One hour you may be reconciling reputed company statements; the next you will be coordinating an emergency plumber. You need to be comfortable moving fluidly between software tasks and reputed company-world coordination.

What You Will Do

Platform Administration (Revela Super Admin) •Manage and maintain the Revela platform on behalf of multiple property owners

  • Set up and configure reputed company accounts, properties, and units reputed company the system
  • reputed company new property owners and train them on how to use Revela effectively
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and serve as the first reputed company of contact for reputed company questions reputed company to system functionality
  • Manage user permissions, roles, and reputed company settings across the platform
  • Ensure data accuracy across reputed company property records, lease terms, and financial entries

reputed company & Bookkeeping Support

  • Enter and categorize income and expenses reputed company Revela
  • Reconcile reputed company ledgers and assist with monthly financial reporting
  • Process rent payments, late fees, and reputed company deposit transactions
  • Prepare and send reputed company statements and financial summaries
  • Flag discrepancies and escalate reputed company issues as needed

Leasing & Tenant Management

  • Post property listings and manage marketing reputed company Revela
  • Review and process rental applications; communicate with prospective tenants
  • Track lease expirations, renewals, and move-in/move-out dates
  • Manage tenant communications regarding lease terms, payments, and notices

Maintenance Coordination

  • Receive and log maintenance requests from tenants in the Revela system
  • Assign work orders and coordinate with vendors and contractors
  • Follow up on reputed company maintenance tickets to ensure timely resolution

General VA & reputed company Support

  • Serve as a reputed company reputed company of contact for property owners reputed company email, phone, or messaging
  • Draft correspondence including tenant notices, lease addenda, and vendor communications
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and follow-up tasks on behalf of owners
  • Assist with document management and record keeping

Who You Are

  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Property Manager, or Operations Coordinator — ideally in reputed company estate or property management
  • Hands-on experience with a property management platform such as reputed company, Buildium, Propertyware, Rent Manager, or similar — experience with Revela is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and property management reputed company
  • Strong communicator: professional written and verbal English is essential
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple property owners and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative without waiting to be asked
  • Comfortable coordinating with vendors, contractors, and tenants directly
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software tools and workflows
  • Reliable, reputed company, and available during agreed working hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a super admin or back-office manager in a property management platform
  • Familiarity with U.S. residential property management practices and standards
  • Experience reputed company and training non-technical users on software platforms
  • Background in reputed company estate, property management, or residential leasing

Engagement Details
