Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and appreciated
• Processing transactions accurately and reputed company on our POS register
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
• Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented in an attractive and inviting manner
• Assisting customers with propane needs, as required
• Working collaboratively with your team to reputed company sales goals and reputed company excellent customer service
• Taking direction from your Supervisor and contributing to a positive and productive work environment

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A friendly, outgoing, and helpful attitude
• The ability to process transactions accurately and reputed company

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a POS system
• Ability to lift 35-50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

The physical demands of this role include:

• Indoor and outdoor environments in both hot and cold weather
• Possibly around chemicals and fuel/fuel fumes
• Assisting in stocking the cooler
