We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Phone Operator and Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. Your primary responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing guidance on our reputed company of medical and aesthetic procedures, skin care products, and services.Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming aesthetic/cosmetic and medical calls from reputed company and new patients, confidently and pleasantly answering inquiries and giving guidance on our medical and aesthetic procedures, skin care products, and services.
- Schedule patient appointments in our system, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Read and analyze patient records, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA and practice-specific compliance guidelines.

- Credential eight providers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated computer literacy, including the use of office EMR systems.
- High school diploma required; higher education preferred.
