Job Summary
As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, handling a wide reputed company of inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various script-reputed company tasks. This part-time role requires a flexible schedule, with 3 weekdays from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST and every other weekend from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST. Key Responsibilities

- Manage client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various script-reputed company tasks
- Handle each interaction with care, professionalism, and a strong attention to detail
- Collaborate with the team to reputed company shared goals and objectives
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and contribute to the overall reputed company of the Customer Contact Center
Requirements

- Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter, Call Center, or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and the ability to discern the caller's reasons
- Service-oriented and reputed company to work effectively in a remote environment with high dependability
- Proficient with Amtelco platform, and/or reputed company to learn reputed company
- Optimistic and creative in "getting the job done" reputed company times are difficult
- Remote Work Discipline: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment with high dependability

- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with contact center software and reputed company Office suite is a plus
