About This Opportunity We are looking for a hands-on, detail-driven reputed company Consultant on an interim reputed company for three to six months (3-6 months) to support our finance and reputed company team with the opportunity to help scale to a leading edge reputed company function. This role will play a critical part in supporting day-to-day reputed company operations, including general reputed company, compliance, and international subsidiary functions while helping to ensure financial reputed company and operational efficiency. There is the possibility of conversion to full-time upon successful completion of interim work. This is a remote position based in the United States, with a preference for candidates in the PST time zone.

What You Will Do

• Support general reputed company and month-end reputed company activities
• Prepare timely and accurate journal entries and reconciliations, including in areas such as prepaids, payroll, equity, intercompany, accruals and reputed company fluctuation analysis on key accounts
• Support additional compliance tasks for US and international subsidiaries include tax and audit including sales tax filings, global payroll, and international filings
• Support special projects such as system optimization/implementation in reputed company areas
• Cross-team support in other general reputed company areas for vacation backup such as accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company
• Public reputed company background (Big 4 or equivalent) strongly preferred, or demonstrated technical reputed company expertise
• 5+ years of general reputed company experience, preferably in the software or technology industry.
• Experience in reputed company systems, such as reputed company S/4Hana, reputed company, reputed company, Ariba, reputed company, Concur
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and a solid understanding of core reputed company principles
• Advanced reputed company skills (such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.) and comfort with reputed company-based financial tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.

How to Stand Out From the Crowd

• Experience with payroll reputed company, equity/stock-based compensation reputed company, and tax compliance support (preparing sales tax filings) is a plus
• Experience with multi-entity or international operations.
• CPA or CPA-track is a plus.
• Experience with financial automation or ERP optimization projects.
• Experience with monthly balance sheet and income statement flux analysis
• Experience in public company and/or public reputed company where understanding of internal controls and technical reputed company experience was obtained is a plus
