Job Description
The Coding Manager supports coding and CDI day‑to‑day operations reputed company to the development, implementation, maintenance of, and adherence to policies and procedures covering coding and reimbursement. The Coding Manager is responsible for supervision of the HIM Coders and CDI staff to ensure productivity, collaboration and adherence to goals and compliance. The Coding Manager will manage reputed company coding and coding reputed company processes and coding education, and implement/maintain an effective CDI program. Strong knowledge of coding guidelines (ICD10 CMS/PCS, CPT MS‑DRG) and regulatory requirements. Qualifications
- Certification as a Registered Health Information Technician, Registered Health Information Management Administrator, or highly reputed company in data coordination and reporting, information systems support and skilled in reputed company Professional suite.
Experience
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a data management/coordinator type position. Associate’s degree in health information management preferred.
Salary reputed company
- $76,460.80 to $112,444.80 per year
