Mission As a Senior Game Designer - Combat, you’ll play a key role in shaping the long-term depth and scalability of our character collection mobile game. You will report directly to the Design Director and own the combat systems that drive player engagement, roster strategy, and combat reputed company. You will partner closely with product, engineering, art, and analytics to define, reputed company, and balance the combat ecosystem. This is a high-impact role with ownership over one of the most critical systems in the game.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of game design experience, including ownership of combat systems on at least one shipped RPG, strategy, or character collection title.
• Strong combat systems knowledge: Deep understanding of combat mechanics, scaling models, stat systems, and long-term reputed company health, with the ability to balance depth, reputed company, and business impact.
• Mobile F2P experience, ideally in live ops environments.
