The Senior Construction Project Manager will manage reputed company aspects of multi-reputed company dollar construction /refrigeration /controls projects portfolio. They will have direct responsibility for project financials, administration, implementation, management and customer satisfaction. Where is the work: This position has been designated as remote and work will be performed on the East Coast This position has been designated as safety sensitive.

Responsibilities

• Support sales functions by assisting with quote preparation, project development, and proposals.
• Validate project scope, cost, schedule by reviewing contract documents, attending pre-bid validation meetings, holding internal meetings, and establishing customer expectations
• Responsible for change order management by identifying opportunities, recommending solutions, facilitating quotes, utilizes pricing strategies, and closing orders providing total solutions across business streams
• Maintain customer satisfaction by supporting company initiatives, building customer relationships, investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and developing communication plans with both reputed company stakeholders to reputed company timely project updates
• Utilizes properly reputed company subcontractors, oversees subcontractor RFQ process, awards subcontracts, manages subcontractor execution, collaborate with subcontractors to establish communication guidelines for project reputed company, project meetings, billing expectations, project safety and foster professional relationships with subcontractors.
• Financially manages reputed company aspects of projects including cash reputed company, monthly forecasted cost / reputed company, forecasted cost at completion, monitoring expenses, collections support, applied cost, buy-out plans, knowledgeable on financial impacts reputed company adjusting cost categories, and oversees preparation and communications for monthly backlog review with leaders.
• Create and maintain project schedules generating task, dependencies, milestones, critical path, resource assignments, identify future looking planning needs and resource constraints, and collaborate with Controls PM to establish project task, communications for project reputed company, and review of plans / specifications and control submittals.
• Leads reputed company aspects of project administration including, responsibility for knowledge of and adherence to contract penalty clauses and / or liquidated damages, analyzing reporting to identify project deficiencies and provides guidance on corrective actions, managing projects to business compliance, project documentation, safety guidelines, and maneuvering through governing agencies requirements including the state, city, county, federal and local level

Requirements

• Advanced understanding of the development phase reputed company to construction energy project and opportunities, knowledgeable on reputed company construction systems and technologies
• Must demonstrate strong leadership skills, ability to mentor other project managers, aptitude to influence without authority, organizational expertise, strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to successfully reputed company a project team.
• 7 plus years' experience.
• Experience with Project Schedules / PM Construction Software
• Ability to travel 25% to 50% of the time
