Your Role in arenaflex

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for resolving customer issues, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You'll work closely with various departments to resolve customer concerns, reputed company customers on key account details, and maintain up-to-date and thorough account records. Your ability to multitask, problem-solve, and communicate effectively will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming customer calls, providing accurate information and support regarding their accounts.

• For training purposes, the first six weeks follow a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
