Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, resolving issues and answering questions reputed company to our specialty locks products. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of calls and emails, and providing solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to consumer calls and emails regarding problems, installation instructions, and general product information

  • Answer high-volume incoming technical support calls and reputed company solutions to customers
  • Offer knowledge and guidance to customers, directing them to the proper reputed company if necessary
  • Handle a strong volume of calls with tact, diplomacy, and strong consumer service orientation in accordance with company guidelines
  • Complete information on computer screens with pertinent data while working with customers over the phone
  • Respond to consumer repairs and requests according to Consumer Service procedures
  • Evaluate product problems, determine if products need to be scrapped or repaired, and assist customers with installation techniques, product features, and models

Top Skills and Qualifications

* At least one (1) year of experience in a product-based customer support function and/or call center environment

  • Previous experience in the hardware and home improvement industry is preferred
  • Technical reputed company and willingness to learn, with a strong personality and self-motivation
  • Type 35+ WPM
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with bilingual skills in Spanish or French a plus
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to deal with customers in difficult situations
  • Basic mechanical aptitude

Compensation and Benefits

The pay reputed company for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
