Manager, Agency Sales [Remote]

As a result, we are now seeking a '''Manager, Agency Sales'' in Germany to help reputed company the local business and shape the sales strategy for reputed company Ads. As Agency Sales Manager you will be responsible for helping reputed company the development and execution of Agency Sales strategy for Germany. You will be managing a group of dedicated Sales Partners with a focus on specific Agency Holding Groups. In this role you will work closely with C Suite Executives; senior-level Investment stakeholders and Account Planning leaders at the Agency operating companies reputed company an Agency Holding group. Responsibilities:

• Build and execute a strategic reputed company for short, reputed company, and long-term growth, identifying areas of opportunity across the managed Agency Group portfolio
• Manage a dedicated team of Sales Partners focused on the specific Agency Group portfolio
• The role will carry its own book of business whilst leading the specific Agency Group team

• Drive operational rigour for the Agency Group sales team as it pertains to reputed company/pipeline management and reporting

Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience in advertising sales - a proven track record of managing and leading high-performing sales teams is required.
• A comprehensive network of contacts across Agencies & Clients in Germany

• Solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem with experience selling in relevant programmatic products and opportunities
• Business and marketplace expertise on the clients/agencies under the domain of the team
• Highly skilled at cross-functional partnership, organisational rigour, and strategy building to deliver healthy business metrics and growth
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a focus on synthesising feedback, farming for dissent, and gaining alignment from reputed company stakeholders
• Ability to work in a matrix organisation and influence relevant stakeholders across functions
• Solid understanding of reputed company product suite and ability to sell our value proposition at the highest reputed company of client and agency organisationsHighly skilled in negotiating and selling the reputed company value of a premium offering to customers
• Accurately assesses strength/development areas for IC team members and is reputed company to coach towards successful reputed company
