Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and reputed company consultation on pricing, service plans, and billing
  • Preparing account changes and troubleshooting customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identifying and acting upon potential new sales opportunities to drive business growth

Essential Qualifications
