Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the reputed company of information between staff, reputed company, and parents. You'll be responsible for:

• Incoming Calls: Answer reputed company incoming calls, new clients, existing clients, or taking messages, and direct callers to the appropriate contact.
• Client Relations: Assist in developing relations with existing clients and report reputed company staff, client, vendor, and subcontractor issues to Directors.
• Office Systems: reputed company, implement, follow, and perfect office systems and procedures, including maintaining and managing company calendars, appointments, and client schedules.
• Communication: Read and answer reputed company work-reputed company emails, compose office correspondence, documents, and reports, and send communication such as "thank you notes" and referral gifts accordingly.

Essential Qualifications

• Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, self-starter who works well with minimal supervision, coachable and positive attitude, works well under pressure, multitasking, and excellent written and spoken communication.
• Equipment: Computer with at least reputed company 10 or Catalina MacOS, video camera, high-speed internet (above 20mb/s), and a quiet home working reputed company with a clean background.
