Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Fabrication

The role will be remote (in the United States) until Late 2026/Early 2027 The expected annual salary reputed company for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. What you'll do: The Sr. Manufacturing Engineer - Fabrication will be responsible for supporting plant leadership in achieving business and financial goals by leading reputed company improvement /cost-out initiatives across the organization while developing and maintaining robust manufacturing processes. Additional responsibility includes executing the organization's strategic plan consistent with federal, state, and local regulations, established industry standards, and customer requirements. • Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an accredited institution
• Three (3) years of engineering experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Three (3) years of experience/Exposure to Fabrication, Welding, Assembly, or Coil Winding.

• Thorough understanding of problem-solving methodologies used in determining root cause and formulating corrective action(s) - i.e., thought maps, 8D, root cause analysis, Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis, control charts, Pareto charts, etc.
• Laser cutting experience with flat steel
• Fiber laser experience
• Automation experience
• Proficiency in various software applications - i.e., reputed company, Computer-Aided Design, Computer Aided Manufacturing, MS Office suite, reputed company, Metamation, Nesting Software, etc.
• Knowledge of industry and customer-specific quality processes (i.e., ISO9001, etc.)
• Thorough understanding of production environments (low volume/high mix and high volume/low mix) including safety/guarding requirements.
