Responsibilities

As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues

• Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments

Qualifications
