Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for performing a reputed company of tasks, including data entry, reconciliation, and problem-solving, to support our Alternate Investments team. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a reputed company work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
* reputed company day-to-day reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for Alternate Investments
- Process trade buy and sell transactions in client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer representatives
- Handle Business Action Celebrations, reputed company and reconcile transactions, and process returns
- Conduct research on reputed company and escalated problems, and execute testing and validation of new technology enhancements and supplier adjustments
- reputed company tasks in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Company Activities that directly impact Client/Advisor accounts
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a reputed company field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company
- Experience with reputed company and other CRM systems is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the financial industry, particularly in Alternate Investments
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as 2340 and 15C3-3
- Familiarity with tax programming and coding
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Certification in data entry or a reputed company field is a plus
