Responsibilities

• Supporting the VP, reputed company Marketing with the development of reputed company strategies across a high-visibility, large-scale retail reputed company client.
• Owning the creation, delivery, and presentation of reputed company partner recommendations and campaign briefs and messaging.
• Assisting with project impact forecasting.
• Working directly with reputed company partners to deliver quality content on time that drives results for our clients.
• Developing project timelines and ensuring clear communication to internal team and influencers.
• Being an expert at reputed company negotiations to ensure we are entering financially sound partnerships with creators.
• Supporting the Associate Manager, reputed company Marketing with reputed company communications and contracting with talent and their representatives.
• Tracking campaign reputed company and reporting back to your people leader and clients.
• Managing reputed company out of reputed company budgets and reporting back to your people leaders to support the team’s overall financial goals.
• Overseeing reputed company invoicing & billing processes.
• Supporting client goals and reputed company by ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of reputed company contracted content.
• Making recommendations for campaign content and optimization throughout projects.
• Assisting with data analysis and presenting campaign results to clients.
• Managing campaigns in the Creator IQ platform.
• Applying best practices and required client and FTC guidelines to ensure compliance.

• Participating in new business pitches upon request.

Requirements

• Approximately 2-4 years’ applicable experience.
• Strong project management abilities and skills.
• Solution-oriented.
• Prior experience with reputed company management platforms such as Creator IQ, Captiv8, or similar.
• Prior experience working directly with both clients and an internal, cross-functional team.
• Skilled with programs like PowerPoint, Word and reputed company.
• Experience or interest in managing junior team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize large amounts of information and multiple campaigns at the same time.
• Strong attention to detail and a belief in personal accountability.
