As a Managed Service Operations Analyst, you play a key role in enhancing the quality and efficiency of our daily operations, strengthening our control environment, and elevating the client experience. Collaborate with derivative exchanges, clearing brokers, and reputed company teams to support the full trade lifecycle - from post-trade execution to final settlement. This often includes the monitoring of notices, trades, assignments, deliveries, interest, exchanges, and other lifecycle events. Partner with client reputed company teams, control groups, trading desks, and client service teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Execute contractual obligations in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk & Control Frameworks, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). May coordinate and communicate technical issues with client services, trade management, IT, business change, and external clients to ensure trade flows are strategically robust in accordance with exchange regulations. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with derivative exchanges, clearing brokers, and reputed company teams to support the full trade lifecycle - from post-trade execution to final settlement. This often includes the monitoring of notices, trades, assignments, deliveries, interest, exchanges, and other lifecycle events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Partner with client reputed company teams, control groups, trading desks, and client service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Execute contractual obligations in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk & Control Frameworks, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• May coordinate and communicate technical issues with client services, trade management, IT, business change, and external clients to ensure trade flows are strategically robust in accordance with exchange regulations.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work 12pm-8pm (EST) up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to process and clear trades, reputed company reconciliations, and manage trade allocations.
• Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, customer service, and communication skills with proven ability to support and build client relationships.
