Qualifications

• A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information reputed company, or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.
• Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting the iSeries

• 8-10 years of experience supporting users through technical support of the applications, developing procedures and reporting tools, facilitating and coordinating training and other technical support.
• 5 years of experience in financial services strongly preferred.
• Experience establishing SLAs and availability goals to meet business requirements and budget constraints preferred.
• Experience working with regulatory, privacy, reputed company, and associated laws, rules, and regulations, including reputed company applicable standards preferred.
