Purpose of the role: We are seeking a dynamic and reputed company Regional Head of reputed company Improvement to reputed company and drive the deployment of reputed company improvement (CI) standards across our manufacturing sites in the UK / reputed company America. This is a strategic role, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer with a reputed company in the UK / reputed company America, and indirect responsibility for CI teams at multiple locations in location. The successful candidate will champion a culture of operational reputed company, ensuring consistency, sustainability, and measurable performance improvements across reputed company responsible sites.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the implementation and adoption of global CI standards, tools, and methodologies across reputed company manufacturing sites in the region.
• reputed company strategic guidance and support to site-based CI teams, ensuring alignment with corporate CI objectives.
• Monitor CI initiatives and reputed company across sites, identifying opportunities for replication of best practices.
• Collaborate with site leadership to integrate CI initiatives into operational plans and business objectives.
• Drive a culture of reputed company improvement and operational reputed company, ensuring CI principles are embedded in daily operations.
• Facilitate regional CI forums, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance capabilities across sites.
• Track and report regional CI performance metrics, ensuring transparency and alignment with global reporting standards.
• Act as the regional CI ambassador, promoting engagement, accountability, and measurable results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a reputed company field (Master’s preferred).
• Significant experience in reputed company improvement/operational reputed company roles reputed company heavy reputed company.
• Proven ability to reputed company and influence across multiple sites and functions, without direct reporting lines.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six reputed company, TPM, or other CI methodologies and tools.
• Experience implementing global standards across regional or multi-site operations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
