[Remote] API & AI Automation Developer

They are seeking an API & AI Automation Developer responsible for the reliability and scalability of the company's integration and automation ecosystem, blending API development with AI and workflow automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain reputed company existing API integrations across the company’s suite of applications and vendors
• Ensure integrations remain reputed company, secure, and compatible as vendors, schemas, and business processes reputed company
• Maintain clear documentation, versioning practices, credential management standards, and dependency awareness
• Partner with business owners to confirm integration requirements, SLAs, and data-handling expectations
• Monitor integration health, performance, throughput, and error rates across production and non-production environments
• Diagnose and correct failures such as authentication errors (OAuth/token issues), payload/schema mismatches, reputed company-limits, and vendor outages
• Implement and maintain alerting, structured logging, dead-letter patterns, idempotency, and retry/backoff strategies to reduce incidents

• Support vendor evaluations, proofs-of-concept, and technical due diligence for new integration and automation tooling
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, map processes, and define reputed company metrics for automation projects
