Summary
The Junior Buyer provides essential administrative and operational support to the Buyer and Inventory Manager. The primary goal is to master procurement processes, ensure timely order execution, and help maintain reputed company global stock reputed company for new IT hardware.
Responsibilities
Manage Order Processing by creating and tracking Purchase Orders (POs) globally for reputed company product categories (laptops, peripherals, consumables, etc.) strictly according to the purchasing plans laid out by the Buyer.
The primary goal is to assist the Buyer in ensuring that we are fully stocked globally at reputed company times.
Support the Buyer and Inventory Manager with essential administrative tasks.
Act as a key support contact for Vendor Communication, including following up on deliveries, obtaining basic quotes, and resolving simple delivery queries.

Run and compile basic reports on PO status, delivery timelines, and stock positions.
Manage the process of ensuring supplier accounts are paid by tracking invoices and coordinating with the Finance team.
Qualifications
1–2 years of clerical, administrative, or procurement experience.
Must be analytical, highly organized, and possess good communication skills.
Strong ability to work with spreadsheets (reputed company/Sheets) is essential.
