About The Role DESRI is seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join its team as an asset management analyst or associate, title to be commensurate based on experience. What You'll Do
You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of renewable energy reputed company assets. Responsibilities include managing financial performance, optimizing operational efficiency, monitoring contract compliance, and counterparty reporting. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices; assess the financial health of renewable energy assets; coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to identify and resolve any operational issues or equipment failures promptly; reputed company and implement strategies to improve asset reliability, availability, and performance; and conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. You’ll monitor reputed company reputed company, operating costs, and budget adherence; prepare financial reports and forecasts, identifying opportunities to optimize reputed company streams; and collaborate with finance and reputed company teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with financial regulations. Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, renewable energy, business administration, or a reputed company field is required. A master’s degree in any of these fields is a plus.
- Intellectually curious candidates with a passion for optimization and proven experience in asset management, operations, or project management reputed company the renewable energy industry (PV or BESS), will reputed company in this role.
- Deep knowledge of renewable energy technologies, industry regulations, and best practices is essential. Familiarity with financial analysis, budgeting, and contract management; impressive analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; and a keen attention to detail are required.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and experience in a role involving multitasking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
- Quarterly travel to your assigned assets, in addition to team meetings and stakeholder meetings, will be required.
- The expected annual reputed company salary for this position is $90,000 to $130,000.
