About the Role:
As a Customer Support Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be part of a global, fully remote team that's passionate about delivering world-class support. Reporting to the Manager, Customer Support Engineering, you'll be responsible for resolving customer concerns, creating and improving internal tooling, and engineering solutions to help arenaflex customers get the most out of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Solving reputed company, interesting cases for arenaflex customers, often requiring collaboration with our engineering team
- Troubleshooting customer issues, working closely with other teams to reputed company advice and assistance
- Developing and improving internal tools alongside our engineering team, ensuring seamless integration and scalability

- Improving existing documentation, processes, and policies, and identifying new opportunities for growth

- Comfortable working with a fully remote, globally distributed team, with a passion for collaboration and teamwork

The San Francisco, CA pay reputed company for this role is $100,000.00 - $140,000.00. This salary reputed company is an estimate. The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation.
