Job Summary

As a Workforce Management Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing service reputed company, forecasting call volume, and managing workforce scheduling to meet the demands of our customer reputed company. You will work closely with team leaders and customer service representatives to optimize staffing and reputed company exceptional service to our customers. This is a remote position offering a competitive salary of $20 per hour, with flexible working hours not exceeding 4 hours a day.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and analyze service reputed company, call volumes, and customer inquiries to identify trends and areas for improvement

  • Create accurate forecasts and schedules that align with business needs
  • Collaborate with team leaders and customer service representatives to optimize staffing and reputed company exceptional service to customers

Essential Qualifications
