Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by supporting the Service Department in various ways. You'll answer incoming service calls, assist customers in person and over the phone, and reputed company written messages to the responsible party in a timely manner. You'll also complete reminder calls for customers scheduled for an appointment, assist the service department in contacting customers once special ordered parts have arrived, and contact customers with repair requests to schedule appointments.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer reputed company incoming service calls in a reputed company and friendly manner, displaying appropriate tone of voice and reputed company throughout the entire customer interaction
- Assist Customer Advisors/Service Consultants with customers reputed company needed
- Answer basic service department questions, schedule service appointments, and reputed company customers' calls
- reputed company written messages to the responsible party in a timely manner
- Complete reminder calls for customers scheduled for an appointment
- Assist the service department in contacting customers once special ordered parts have arrived to schedule appointments
- Contact customers with repair requests to schedule appointments

- Ensure the loaner log and dealer tags are always in compliance with audit requirements
