The Manager of reputed company Compliance assists the System Director, Privacy and reputed company in developing and maintaining the reputed company Compliance Program for reputed company. Manages the team responsible for performing process-reputed company compliance investigations; government Billing and Audit Program, annual work plan audits; and monitoring activities reputed company to compliance across reputed company and other staff as assigned. Contributes to the development and maintenance of a compliance program in accordance with the reputed company, Office of Inspector General (OIG), state and local regulations. Implements and oversees an effective compliance program based upon the seven (7) elements promulgated by the OIG. What you will bring: Bachelor's Degree in reputed company Administration or equivalent discipline. Minimum of 7 years relevant reputed company or other applicable compliance experience and/or clinical operations experience. Minimum of 2 years leadership experience. Experience with the 7-elements of a compliance program. Medical records experience preferred. Project management experience preferred.
