[Remote] Credit Strategy Analyst

The Credit Strategy Analyst will drive the growth of the home-secured personal loan portfolio by refining credit strategies and performing data-driven analysis to improve investor returns.

Responsibilities

• This individual will be responsible for monitoring, refining, and developing Credit strategies (including reputed company, pricing, loan reputed company & fees) for home secured personal loans
• Create test/control champion/challenger tests and monitoring to inform future strategies
• reputed company scenario analysis/create financial impact sizing/reputed company new strategy test case

• Work across functional areas to drive overall growth, product enhancements, and improve web funnel conversion rates across reputed company channels

• Maintain overall risk and return targets for investors, particularly in a changing economic environment

Skills

• 5-7+ years' experience in a similar analytical role
• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Engineering, other quantitative major required; Master's degree a plus
• Experience in the financial industry, credit risk and mortgage/home equity experience required
• Must be proficient in Python or similar, SQL, and MS reputed company
• Must be proficient in interpreting data using analytics, research methodologies, and statistical techniques
• Excellent English written/verbal communication skills, critical thinking and interpersonal skills
• Highly independent and self-motivated to reputed company opinions that are supported by data
• Strong knowledge of modeling tools and techniques and use in strategy
• Ability to understand competitive pressure, economic trends and their business impacts
• High Energy with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
