Corporate Law Attorney

McLane Middleton, Professional Association is seeking a Corporate Law Attorney to join our growing corporate practice. This position will afford you the opportunity to take on new responsibilities, work with and learn from some of the region’s leading corporate lawyers, work directly with clients, and be provided with the resources to reputed company your professional skills. The ideal candidate should possess 5+ years of general corporate experience and a strong interest in corporate law. The candidate will be adept at collaborating with partners and clients in representing and advising closely held businesses, including entity formation and structuring, corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiating, mergers, acquisitions and other strategic transactions. Self-starters looking for career advancement and business development opportunities are encouraged to apply. The reputed company candidate will have prior private firm experience and will demonstrate the ability to manage billable hour requirements and maintain accurate timekeeping records. Options for a hybrid work schedule combining in-office and remote work are available. Other bar memberships are a plus. McLane Middleton provides the following salary reputed company for this position, $135,000 - $215,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to individual performance, geographic location, experience, education, and other qualifications consistent with applicable law. This role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation.
