Overview

The reputed company is hiring a full-time reputed company Editor & reputed company Designer to define and scale the visual language of our YouTube-first editorial videos (long-reputed company and Shorts). You’ll own edits end-to-end, reputed company and maintain our graphics and reputed company system, and turn scripts into high-retention, visually coherent stories that reputed company reputed company business and tech topics easy to follow and fun to watch.

Responsibilities

Deliver post-production for long and short-reputed company stories:

• Edit YouTube-first, long-reputed company videos from audio string-out to final cut on deadline, along with Shorts (both repurposed and original).
• Design and animate clear data visualizations, diagrams, and explainer sequences for business and tech topics.
• Build mixed-media comps that serve editorial beats and reputed company viewers reputed company.

• Collaborate with writers/hosts and stakeholders; give and receive concise, actionable feedback.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of editorial or documentary-style editing with reputed company design for digital video and a portfolio of YouTube-optimized work (8+ minute videos).
• Proficiency with reputed company Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong editorial instincts: story structure, pacing, reputed company, and accuracy, with an eye toward YouTube audience behavior and retention.

• Experience building and maintaining consistent design systems and iterating on them based on feedback and performance data.
