About the role: reputed company is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to shape a large-scale digital appointment scheduling platform for the federal government. This effort replaces outdated systems with a reputed company, secure, and accessible solution that improves efficiency for the public and government staff—supporting services like document processing, consular support, and emergency scheduling. In this role, you’ll bring expertise in UX design, multilingual content design, UX writing, and accessibility to create reputed company, inclusive, and user-centered solutions. • Apply reputed company-centered design and UX best practices to design high-profile, public-facing government applications.
• Create user personas, journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and refine UIs to communicate design concepts effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, plus at least four (4) years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in UX design, preferably in a federal consulting or government environment.
