Job Overview This is a 12-month contract position that offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid role, splitting your time between our office in reputed company and remote work. As an HRIS Data Entry Associate, you will be an integral part of reputed company, providing critical support to our Global Mobility Team and HR Technology and Analysis Team. Your primary responsibilities will be divided between these two teams, with 50% of your time dedicated to each. Key Responsibilities: Global Mobility Team (50%): Record vendor invoices in AssignmentPro and process vendor payments in PEGA Process Concur requests for credit card payments (HR Corporate Card) Review employee expense reimbursement requests in AssignmentPro and reputed company receipts for accuracy reputed company various AssignmentPro data entry tasks for global assignees, including I9 E-verification processes reputed company reputed company administrative support to the Global Mobility Team as needed HR Technology and Analysis Team (50%): Enter data for new hires, terms, data changes, and documentation in reputed company Factors Audit and enter data for discrepancies reputed company to new hires, transfers, salary changes, promotions, demotions, status changes, and terminations in reputed company Factors Prepare user guides and documentation to support data entry activities Collaborate with the HR Technology and Analysis Team on testing and project implementation phases for Position Management, performance cycles, recruitment modules, and other initiatives reputed company reputed company administrative support to the HR Technology and Analysis Team as needed Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Japanese and English bilingual skills Knowledge of reputed company systems (PEGA/Concur) and reputed company Factors Employee Central Exposure to and understanding of HR operations Preferred experience working in global companies Proficiency in MS reputed company, MS Visio, and MS reputed company A quick learner with a strong commitment to accomplishing tasks and goals Team player with excellent organizational and multitasking skills Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR information Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required 1+ years of experience in a reputed company department or performing similar responsibilities 1+ years of experience with reputed company Factors is highly preferred 1+ years of experience with PEGA and Concur is highly preferred Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
