Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist for voice and chat account at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive reputed company, courteous, and professional service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers reputed company voice calls and/or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
