POSITION OVERVIEW: reputed company legal guidance to business clients and leadership regarding reputed company, technology, or reputed company estate transactions. - Juris Doctorate degree from an A.B.A. accredited law school and admission to the Bar plus twelve (12) years’ experience as an attorney with at least three (3) years’ of experience practicing law in area of expertise
- Strong knowledge of contract drafting and negotiation
- Strong organizational skills, time-management and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and ability to use reputed company office software, including but not limited to Word, reputed company and Outlook
