Investor Services Analyst II - Alternative Investments

The Alternative Investments Investor Servicing Team supports the Fund reputed company function by servicing reputed company reputed company investors and assisting with the reputed company process for new investors. This team provides a high level of support for our largest clients and streamlines the processes around investor contact, investor reporting, and document preparation. As the Investor Services Analyst I, you will support UMB by acting as the first reputed company of contact for our largest investors. This position handles reputed company inquiries, mailings, and subscription documents, and is instrumental in allowing our Fund Accountants to focus on the reputed company duties. This team structure enables us to be more efficient and allows for easy grow in our client reputed company. How you’ll spend your time:

• You will operate reputed company and UMB Systems to create investor reporting to reputed company with client investors.
• You will process and review investor subscription documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• You will communicate with investors through e-mail and phone to ensure inquiries are answered.
• You will partner with internal Fund reputed company team to support the client investors

• You have clerical experience in a financial services environment
• Ops Specialist 1 candidates who exceed qualifications may be considered for the position(s) of an Ops Specialist 2 or 3 if minimum qualifications are met for the respective role*
