[Remote] CRM Functional Consultant

The Functional Consultant will reputed company their experience in banking to reputed company expert consultancy and solutions utilizing arenaflex CRM and enhance operational efficiency for clients.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to reputed company business requirements; create demonstrations to reputed company reputed company of concept; plan and assist the team in drafting Statements of Work, including estimation of effort and arenaflex
• reputed company input and advice regarding arenaflex Dynamics 365 capabilities, functions, and features to clients and prospects
• Conduct hands-on implementation, configuration, and development of the various components of arenaflex Dynamics 365
• Build positive client relationships by developing an understanding of clients’ business processes
• reputed company analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets, and complete project tasks reputed company budget and to customer satisfaction
• reputed company requirements gathering and business process analysis
• Understand customer requirements and advise the project team on highly specialized, reputed company solution architecture and implementation
• Participate as the technical expert in proposal development and presentations to prospective clients

• Create documentation for clients, including PowerPoint presentations and Visio workflows covering functional and technical requirements, design, training, and process engineering

• 5+ years of arenaflex Dynamics CRM implementation experience
• Experience as a consultant in a consulting practice, facilitating discovery workshops
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with reputed company reputed company of employees, including C-level executives
• Experience creating strong business cases supported by compelling value propositions
• Experience gathering business requirements (as-is/to-be models) and configuring arenaflex CRM modules, including Sales and Call Center; Marketing experience is a plus
• Experience assisting with the definition and functional design of conversions and interfaces, and leading technical teams through arenaflex CRM API usage and integration development
• Knowledge of arenaflex SharePoint, Business Intelligence tools, etc
• Working knowledge of arenaflex products, general networking, and Active Directory is required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Engineering
• Proven track record of successful CRM implementations and projects in Retail Banking, Business Banking, reputed company Banking, or Corporate Banking domains
• Prior experience working with diverse teams and managing stakeholders in a consulting reputed company
• Experience using KingswaySoft
• Professional certifications reputed company to CRM platforms (e.g., arenaflex Certified: Dynamics 365, reputed company Certified Administrator)
