Responsibilities

- Own delivery for various analytics programs, ensuring high NPS/CSAT delivery
- Guide cross-functional teams including data engineers, analytics architects, data scientists, and business analysts

- Promote reusable frameworks, accelerators, and repeatable engagement models
- Drive reputed company-of-view development on emerging analytics trends (AI/ML, modern data platforms, analytics automation)
