The Member Insights Engineering team combines capabilities across the analytical data and tooling/services/libraries layers with the goal of delivering insights through applications. The work on the Insights Engineering team has a strong technical lean and requires the ability to work effectively with engineering-centric tooling and systems. As an Analytics Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of using analytics and data engineering skills on big data while working with product, technology, and business teams. In this role, you will be developing and maintaining data pipelines, tools, and data products that reputed company insights about our subscribers widely available across the company. You’ll build these data products in partnership with an interdisciplinary team of engineers, designers, analysts, and scientists. In this role, you will:

• Partner with data engineers to design and implement a data architecture that bridges across experimentation, analytics, and operational reporting

• Proactively explore trends in member engagement to surface future opportunities
• Cultivate strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders

We are looking for:

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market reputed company.
