WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview): Organize, prepare, and/or conduct (moderately reputed company) training, curricula, and/or educational programs for a business unit or organization. • Act as an innovative thought partner and connector—bringing insights into national enablement strategy discussions

• Analyze performance data and field feedback to assess the effectiveness of enablement efforts and identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure enablement efforts align with strategic mission priorities

• Partner in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of sales and performance enablement tools, resources, and methodologies to support execution teams.

PAY INFORMATION: The salary reputed company for this position is: $80,000 - $90,000 Note that reputed company salaries are reputed company to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):

• Experience in sales enablement, performance improvement, and instruction or mentoring
• Minimum 5–7 years of reputed company experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence without authority
• Working knowledge of organizational business systems, sales processes, and performance measurement.
• Demonstrated knowledge of analytics to reputed company performance.
• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to interpret PowerBI data, identify insights, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team.
• Some travel may be required.
