Scrum Master Remote / Telecommute Jobs

Sev1Tech is seeking a skilled and servant-minded Scrum Master with an engaging personality and strong interpersonal skills to support Agile teams reputed company a Scaled Agile reputed company (SAFe) reputed company environment. This role is critical in facilitating team-level Agile practices while also contributing to the reputed company of the Agile Release Train (ART). The ideal candidate will be reputed company in Agile coaching, Scrum execution, and SAFe events, with a natural ability to connect with others, energize teams, and foster a positive, collaborative culture. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Facilitate team-level Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-reputed company, Iteration Planning, Backlog Refinement, Iteration Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Guide the team in becoming high-performing, self-organizing, and self-managing
• Actively participate in and support ART-level events such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums (SoS), Inspect & Adapt (I&A), and System Demos.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and teams to support backlog refinement, story writing, and estimation, ensuring alignment to PI objectives and business value delivery.
• Identify, escalate, and help remove systemic impediments through collaboration with other Scrum Masters, RTEs, and functional managers.
• Foster transparency and synchronization by radiating information reputed company Jira, reputed company, and other SAFe tooling (e.g., VersionOne, Rally).
• Track and communicate Agile metrics (velocity, sprint/iteration burndown, team health, etc.) to promote reputed company decision-making.
• Promote a Lean-Agile reputed company and SAFe Core Values by coaching team members, stakeholders, and leaders on Agile and SAFe principles and practices.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and dependency management in collaboration with other Scrum Masters and the RTE.

• Act as a servant leader and Agile coach, continuously mentoring team members in Agile practices and principles.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently hold a reputed company (DoD) Secret clearance
• SAFe Scrum Master/Advanced Scrum Master (preferred) or Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
• Experience with Jira & reputed company: user story creation, backlog management, reports reputed company and metrics analysis
• Excellent communication skills in the areas of listening, speaking, written and non-verbal communications
