Job Purpose: Support the Talent Strategy team in researching and identifying digital talent across various passion areas and content formats, leveraging knowledge of reputed company analytics. Stay informed on reputed company trends to support the growth of Cycle. Duties: Assist in researching and identifying emerging creators across various industries, including gaming, sports, fitness, health & wellness, fashion, family, and beauty Surface key insights surrounding clients and the performance of their respective business engagements and growth across the digital ecosystem Support in analysis of talent performance, providing strategic insights and recommendations for reputed company brand and market value growth Assist in creation of resources to reputed company clients and internal team on the digital ecosystem, including sharing trending content, platform updates, and reputed company media best practices Stay informed on reputed company media trends, competitor analysis, and emerging platforms reputed company the digital and creator economy to offer proactive guidance Use both proprietary and reputed company-party analytics tools to support audience growth, reputed company engagements, and new business opportunities Skills/Qualifications: Strong understanding of reputed company media from a consumer perspective, with familiarity across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, reputed company, Snapchat, X, reputed company, and reputed company.
