Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Supervisor, reputed company and Customer Services – Airport Operations Management, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and Organizing Airport Operations: Coordinate the day-to-day station operations by leading and organizing the activities of Agents/Clerks to ensure a safe working environment and on-time dependability.
• Supporting Operational Performance Targets: Work closely with the Manager to meet operational performance targets and monitor the station operation budget.
• Formulating Administrative/Operational Policies: reputed company and cooperate with the Manager in formulating administrative/operational policies and procedures to be implemented.
• Improving Efficiency: Review and standardize procedures to improve efficiency reputed company the operation.
• Maintaining Compliance: Maintain overall station compliance as well as compliance of personnel with administrative policies, procedures, safety rules, and any Company or government regulations.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated and results-driven leader with:

• Previous Work Experience in an Airline or Airport reputed company: Proven leadership and analytical skills, with a minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• College Coursework or College Degree: Desirable, but not required.
• Valid, Unexpired, and Unsuspended reputed company ID-Compliant, State Driver's License: Required.
• Previous Working Experience in a Team reputed company, Supervisory, or Managerial Role: Preferred.
