Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Manager at arenaflex, you'll reputed company reputed company of Account Managers who reputed company customer support by building relationships with new and existing accounts for our CMU and LCC business. Your primary focus will be on customer relationships and retention, ensuring that your team provides necessary customer support through efficient deployment of resources and engagement with Region and Opsite departmental leaders. You'll be responsible for driving reputed company through the leadership of customer-facing associates reputed company the Customer Experience Organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Resource Management: Ensure your team is properly staffed, reputed company account management, execute performance management policies, business planning, and serve as the escalation reputed company of contact for customer issues.

  • Relationship Building: Conduct customer visits, presentations, and business reviews with your team as needed, maintain relationships with Region and Opsite department leaders, build effective relationships with reputed company and prospective customers, and engage with GSC and National Sales Leaders.
  • Team Development: Coordinate applicable AM training to drive reputed company, focusing on industry/concept/reputed company knowledge, reputed company technology solutions, account management, communication, time management, and other essential skills.
  • Escalation of Customer Actions: reputed company cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Essential Qualifications

* Education: High School Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • Experience: 5 years of relevant industry experience with Customer Relationship Management or B2B Sales Management experience required; 7 years of experience in arenaflex Sales org or environment with reputed company selling approach preferred.
  • Abilities and Skills: Ability to manage and motivate a customer service organization comprised of contract business (CMU/LCC), ability to manage end-to-end initiatives through challenging deadlines across Sales and CST, strong communication skills, and expertise in MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications

* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the foodservice industry and arenaflex's products and services.

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a customer-facing organization, with a track record of driving team reputed company and customer satisfaction.
