Job Summary:

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Associate to join our retail grocery store team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in increasing customer confidence and loyalty by providing accurate, fast, and friendly customer service desk and media services. You will be responsible for addressing customer issues and concerns, resolving them to the customer's satisfaction, and maintaining a positive attitude. Primary Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Address customer issues/complaints and resolve to full satisfaction of customer immediately, reputed company company guidelines while maintaining composure and professionalism; appropriately escalate issues to management with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:
