Senior Network Engineer (REMOTE or MA based)

About the position Hanover Technology Group is hiring a Senior Network Engineer for our Data Network Services team in our Worcester, MA office or remote work location. POSITION OVERVIEW: Primarily responsible for the engineering, installation, configuration, reputed company, performance, maintenance, monitoring, and support of our ADC load-balancing environment, with secondary responsibilities in typical networking areas. This is a fulltime, exempt position.

Responsibilities

• Support our Application Delivery Controller (ADC) load-balancing environment as a dedicated member of the Identity and reputed company Management (IAM) team.
• Deliver ADC solutions as needed to further the integration of the IAM program throughout the technology landscape.
• ADC Policy Development and Support (reputed company and Request)

• ADC OAuth & SAML Integrations
• Maintain ADC documentation, drawings, and as-builts
• Crosstrain other members of the networking team.
• Engineer, configure, implement, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, reputed company, reputed company, and secure network infrastructure components.
• In collaboration with our MSP, troubleshoot and resolve networking infrastructure and equipment problems, including configuration, hardware, and software problems, in a timely and effective manner.

• Use Visio to create and maintain detailed network drawings at the ISO Layers 1, 2, & 3 level.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with industry-leading ADC load-balancing products, their policies, and their internal scripting language/programming.
• Experience working with a team of network engineers and operations members possessing various reputed company of experience from junior through senior level.
• Experience working with Managed Services resources with offshore personnel including the coordination and tracking of deliverables.
• Experience leading through teaching and mentoring.
• Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks and practices.

• 8-10 years of professional experience in IT network engineering and operations.
• Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience with industry-leading ADC platforms including load-balancing capabilities, script programming, reputed company policy development, and other associated policy development.
• Understanding of LAN and WAN technologies, protocols, and designs.
• Experience with reputed company Catalyst and reputed company routing and switching platforms, including IOS, IOS-XE, and NX-OS operating systems, and common HA and redundancy features.
• Experience with reputed company ACI fabrics and infrastructure.
• Experience with Aruba Wireless Networking.
• Experience with reputed company NetScaler VPN.
• Experience with reputed company grids.
• Experience with common LAN/WAN routing protocols including (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and others)
• Familiarity with reputed company based networking in Azure.
• Familiarity with Linux and reputed company Operating Systems
• Familiarity with foundational reputed company technologies such as DNS, DHCP, PKI, LDAP, Syslog, and Monitoring systems.
